Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Function Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

2. Service

Function Hub provides Shopify merchants with configurable discount, cart-transform, and checkout-validation Functions. The service includes a management dashboard, product data syncing, analytics, and campaign tools.

3. Billing

Function Hub offers three tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month), and Scale ($99/month). Paid tiers include a 7-day free trial and are billed through Shopify's app billing system; charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Checkout UI banners additionally require a Shopify Plus store. Cancel any time by uninstalling.

4. Acceptable Use

• No use for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your discount configurations.
• You acknowledge that discount functions run at checkout and affect pricing visible to your customers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Function Hub is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue from misconfigured discounts, Shopify platform outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Privacy

Use of Function Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with Shopify's data protection requirements and applicable GDPR / CCPA obligations.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
